Before we even get started, I want to share the three convictions I live by while cooking in my kitchen:
1. Brown food taste good. Don’t skimp on browning your food!
2. It, whatever you’re cooking, probably needs more salt. NOT your everyday blue bottle salt, but a good, high quality mineral salt like Himalayan Sea Salt. Taste and salt at every step!
3. Gathering at a table over a delicious, home-cooked meal is the best way to build community and heal relationships.
