These waffles are thick and fluffy with just the right amount of sweet. We love them with warm berries! Preheat waffle iron and spray with coconut oil. Place the oats in a blender or food processor and blend or process until finely ground. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on low until well combined. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the mixture from the blender. Be careful not to deflate the egg whites! Pour batter into your hot waffle iron and cook per manufacturer's instructions. Serve hot with your favorite toppings! This is an E meal, so to avoid crossing over, do not top with high fat toppings like butter or whipped cream (but if you're treating yourself to an XO, go for it!).Belgian Waffles (THM E)
