Can you see the pattern?! It’s the first time I’ve gotten it to work in my gluten free sourdough! This one uses a flour blend I’ve been working one using sorghum, amaranth, millet, buckwheat, and tapioca. Tapioca isn’t on plan, but I can’t figure out how to fully replace it and still have the classic chewy bread texture.... I will keep trying!

They have a super most brownie-like base with a cool minty layer and topped with a chocolate ganache that balances them perfectly. I tried several variations to get them just right and to be sugar free and low carb (THM S), and this recipe is the result!! I

I love them so much that I made them for dessert the first time I had Karissa Rooney over for dinner! As always, let us know what you think!

I have to catch up with #fallinlovewiththm challen I have to catch up with #fallinlovewiththm challenge! Here are my two favorite frugal foods: oatmeal and cabbage! I eat them both several times per week. So healthy and so inexpensive! I even buy sprouts oats now and I can get 5 pounds for less than $10 at Costco! I love seeing all these challenge posts, and am learning so much from them!
#fallinlovewiththm here’s how I get in my daily #fallinlovewiththm here’s how I get in my daily MCT: coffee with 2 teaspoons of half and half, 1/2 teaspoon of MCT, and a scoop of collagen frothed together for 20 seconds! It’s so creamy that it reminds me of drinking my coffee with heavy cream. But, it’s an FP!
I just discovered #fallinlovewiththm and it sounds I just discovered #fallinlovewiththm and it sounds so fun I’m going to jump in (thanks @cookiecrumbfun_thm)! Here’s my dinner: cabbage sautéed in olive oil then tossed with Parmesan, salt and black pepper. 

Today was “sugo” making day at my parents’ house where I am staying, so I ate a lot of yummy meat (family recipe calls for a whole cut up chicken, homemade meatballs, Italian sausage, and pork ribs) that was slow cooked all day in tomato sauce with lots of garlic, onion and cloves! The house smelled amazing all day, and now we have enough sauce to last about 3 months! I wanted to share a little trick/example of how I make THM  work for me. My family is Italian and loves to eat Italian food. Tonight they had homemade gnocchi, which is not on plan and also not gluten free. Sometimes I make brown rice or lentil pasta and have that with the sauce, but tonight I just sautéed a quarter head of cabbage and covered it with my mom’s yummy sauce and meat. It was so satisfying and so delicious! I didn’t feel like I was missing out at all. In fact, they were all stealing bites from me! #trimhealthymama #thmforlife #thm
